Program Guidelines

This is not a fundraiser.  This is a service to the Community.

Each month the menu is different from the previous month and consists of both fresh and frozen items, including meats, fruit, vegetables eggs and deserts.  Each unit has a retail value between $50 to $60.

Penbrook Church of God is now listed on the Angel Food website as a Partner Site and we are accepting online orders to be picked up at PCOG. Payment methods are credit or debit cards.

There is a donation box available at PCOG for any unwanted Angel Food items. The items are donated to those in need.

Feel free to share this information with your friends, family and churches.  Always remember that the only eligibility requirement is that you eat food.

We can always use extra hands to help pass out the food as people come to pick it up and to help take orders. We can use your help in different ways and no heavy lifting need be involved.

Ten perfectly seasoned, nutritionally balanced, fully-cooked meals – just heat and serve. Each meal has been developed with dietary needs of senior citizens in mind, and contains 3 oz. of protein, a starch & two vegetables or fruit.

3. Walk-in with cash or Food Stamps at the below dates and times:

 

Sundays:  July 11th  and 18th from 9:30 am until 10:45 am in the upstairs Social Hall

 

Wednesdays: July 7th  from 6:00 pm until 7:00 pm in the rear Social Hall

 

SNAP/Food Stamp card payment requires a photo ID. The person listed on the EBT card is the only one that is permitted to purchase the food box with that card.  It’s the law!
